Hi I’m Sarah.
I am a Wellbeing Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting hundreds of people to reclaim their health and wellbeing.
I work with people who are tired of feeling limited by their body, symptoms or situation—people who know deep down that there’s another way to energise and nurture themselves. Through a holistic, physical and emotional approach, I empower my clients to make lasting changes, restoring balance and harmony in their lives.
With training in kinesiology, nutrition, mental health, counselling and positive psychology coaching, I blend professional expertise with personal experience of chronic health conditions to create unique wellbeing solutions. Whether through group courses, one-to-one coaching, corporate wellbeing packages or educational programmes, I’m here to help you thrive with energy, optimism and joy.
