AGREEMENT

8.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

FEES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
9.1 Prior to your session, you will be invoiced by email for the services agreed upon during/following your phone or video consultation.
If booking a ‘package’ of sessions, the total fee must be paid prior to the first
appointment unless a payment plan has been requested in which case, you commit to paying the total package amount over the number of sessions scheduled as per your individual coaching contract.
Unless there are extenuating circumstances to be agreed between the client and Thrive Wellbeing, all payments are non-refundable.
1:1 COACHING AGREEMENT
TIMETABLING OF SESSIONS
10.1 If I need to rearrange any appointments, I will give at least 48 hours notice.
10.2 I understand that if I fail to give 48 hours notice, my coach will be within her rights to charge for that session.
GROUND RULES 1:1 COACHING
As the client I understand that I am fully responsible for the decisions and choices reached during the coaching sessions.
I understand that ‘coaching’ is a relationship I have with my coach that is designed to facilitate the development of personal goals and develop a plan/strategy for achieving those goals, even when goals are not tangible but focus on finding grounding ways through challenging times.
I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process, which may involve all areas of my life including work, family, health, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle any issues is my responsibility.
I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
I promise to inform my coach if I am currently in any kind of therapy and that any medical or therapeutic practitioners involved in my care have been advised of my intention to work with a coach.
I agree to commit to the programme of coaching sessions to facilitate the required support. I understand that refunds are not available except in extenuating circumstances.
